公盟教育写字楼举行盛大社区开幕日，获热烈支持和祝贺

The Civic Education Alliance Office Building held a grand community opening day, receiving enthusiastic support and congratulations.

10月6日，公盟教育在麻州Quincy市的Hancock街1073号102室成功举办了盛大的社区开幕日，吸引了来自各界的近百名嘉宾前来道贺与支持。活动从上午十时持续至下午二时，现场洋溢着欢快和热情的氛围，公盟教育团队与到场的朋友们共同见证了这一重要时刻。

On October 6th, the Civic Education Alliance successfully held a grand community opening day at Room 102, 1073 Hancock Street, Quincy, Massachusetts. Nearly a hundred guests from all walks of life came to congratulate and support. The event lasted from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., and the venue was filled with a cheerful and enthusiastic atmosphere. The Civic Education Alliance team and the attendees jointly witnessed this significant moment.

当天的活动不仅吸引了8、90名来自社区、教育界、以及非盈利组织的嘉宾，更有许多长期支持公盟教育的朋友和社区成员莅临现场。大家热情洋溢，充满支持与鼓励，纷纷对公盟教育在推动社区参与、赋权及提供教育支持方面的贡献表达了赞赏。这些来自社区的支持无疑为公盟教育团队注入了巨大的信心和动力，推动其未来进一步发展和壮大。

公盟教育的发起人潘鑑成先生在活动中致辞，对所有到场嘉宾表示衷心感谢，并分享了公盟教育未来的发展规划。他特别提到，公盟教育自成立以来，一直致力于为本地社区提供选民教育和公民参与的机会，旨在帮助居民们更好地了解和参与公共事务，成为更有力量的社区成员。

The activities on that day not only attracted 80 to 90 guests from the community, the education sector, and non-profit organizations, but also many friends and community members who have long supported the Civic Education Alliance came to the scene. Everyone was full of enthusiasm, expressing support and encouragement, and unanimously praised the contributions of the Common Alliance for Education in promoting community participation, empowerment, and providing educational support. These community-based supports undoubtedly injected tremendous confidence and motivation into the Civic Education Alliance team, driving its further development and growth in the future. 

Mr. Frank Poon , the initiator of Civic Education Alliance, delivered a speech at the event, expressing his heartfelt gratitude to all the guests present and sharing the future development plan of Civic Education Alliance. He particularly mentioned that since its establishment, Civic Education Alliance has been committed to providing voter education and citizen participation opportunities for the local community, aiming to help residents better understand and participate in public affairs, and become more powerful community members.

In order to make the guests feel more warmth and care during their participation in the event, Civic Education Alliance specially prepared abundant free food for everyone to enjoy during the event period. The entire venue was decorated with various dining areas, offering a wide range of choices including traditional Chinese snacks, small treats, and beverages to meet different tastes. Whether it was steaming buns or sweet pastries, they were all loved by the guests. 

While enjoying the delicious food, the guests also had the opportunity to have in-depth exchanges with other community members and the team of Civic Education Alliance. Many guests stated that providing free food not only enhanced the intimacy of the event but also created a favorable atmosphere for people to get to know each other and discuss community affairs. Many people took this opportunity to make new friends and discussed future cooperation opportunities with the team of Civic Education Alliance.

As a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, the main service direction of Civic Education Alliance is to encourage community members to actively participate in public affairs, enhance citizens' sense of social responsibility, and contribute to community development through educational empowerment. Its services cover multiple areas, including voter education, community empowerment, cultural exchange, and support for new immigrants, etc. 

Mr. Frank Poon pointed out in his speech: "Our mission is to provide voter education and encourage citizen participation. We aim to support the overall well-being of community members by continuously expanding and deepening community services, and by connecting people of all ages to promote their joint participation in the discussion and decision-making of public affairs." The slogan of Public Alliance Education, "Connecting the Community", is the best interpretation of this mission. Through diverse services and activities, Civic Education Alliance strives to closely unite community members, creating a vibrant, mutually supportive and inclusive community environment.

At the Community Open Day event, Civic Education Alliance also introduced its upcoming projects and service plans aimed at better meeting the growing needs of the community. To more comprehensively support community development, the organization will continue to expand its range of services and assistance, reaching people of all age groups—from children to the elderly.

Civic Education Alliance plans to launch a variety of new community programs in the near future, including cultural exchange events, social service training, health seminars, language classes, and legal consultations tailored to immigrant communities.



Through these innovative services, the organization seeks to provide broader support to community members, helping them improve their quality of life while strengthening their sense of engagement in public affairs. In his speech, Mr. Pan Jiancheng also emphasized the importance of diversity and inclusivity in community service, stating that Civic Education Alliance will continue to actively listen to the needs of community members and strive to enhance and improve its services.

In his closing remarks, Mr. Frank Ponn once again thanked all the guests and friends present, stating: “The power of the community is limitless. Looking ahead, Civic Education Alliance will remain committed to promoting civic engagement through voter education, community empowerment, and a diverse range of community services. The organization aims to help residents better integrate into and contribute to the society in which they live. Mr. Frank Poon stated, “Our goal is to empower individuals through education so that everyone can become a leader in their own community and contribute to its harmonious development.”

The Community Open Day event not only marked the official opening of Civic Education Alliance’s new office in Quincy, but also signaled the organization’s continued influence and active presence in the community. Moving forward, Civic Education Alliance will further strengthen its connection with the community, advancing more meaningful projects and providing greater opportunities for residents to engage in community-building efforts.
